Competitive Pay: Our pay range for behavior technicians starts at $25 an hour, with set criteria for raises!
Paid Holidays: We recognize 15 paid holidays throughout the year.
Generous PTO: We provide base rates of PTO and Sick Time, in addition to monthly opportunities to receive PTO bonuses based on the number of hours worked.
Paid Mileage: Mileage paid at a rate of .725 cents per hour for all travel conducted during sessions, and travel conducted in between sessions.
